Hello, I’m Harish Kevin Kumar, and I am proud to have completed my Aged Care Certificate Level 4 at Pacific Technical Institute. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the institute for giving us this incredible opportunity to grow and learn.

The journey, especially for those of us in the afternoon batch, was not without its challenges. Many of us were embarking on a career change, stepping into unfamiliar territory with uncertainty about what lay ahead. However, our lecturer, Madam Akata, was a remarkable leader who guided us with dedication and support throughout both the theoretical and practical aspects of our studies.

The practical training, conducted at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital, was particularly demanding. We patiently awaited the opportunity to apply what we had learned in real-world scenarios, and this hands-on experience became an invaluable part of our education. It was a transformative learning journey that will undoubtedly serve us well in caring for our future clients.

I would like to sincerely thank my family, friends, the institute, and everyone who supported me along the way. Your encouragement and belief in me have been instrumental in this achievement.

Thank you!

Harish Kevin Kumar
